Received video robotic complex 3D metal surfacing controled by RCML.
Using RCML technology allows to correct the robot path immediately during surfacing process in accordance with the situation which occurs at the welding table.
The technological process is as follows. During the first run, an experienced welder controls the process and gives the command to change the welding parameters for each layer for training welding complex. Training takes place along two dimensions, speed and torch height. Next time you start programs do not require change and use previously entered parameters surfacing layers that can easily be changed during operation of the complex.
